TORQ ORGANIC NATURAL ENERGY DRINK 1X500G

Primarily functioning as a flavourless energy drink, this product has many more uses. Often dubbed ‘the invisible calorie’ by our customers and performance coaches, TORQ Energy Organic is the ideal product for increasing carbohydrate intake at times when the body is under high training stress or you need to carbohydrate load to peak for an event.

1 level scoop of TORQ Energy Organic carries 15 grams of powder, equivalent to 60 kCals of carbohydrate.

If making a flavourless energy drink, add 1 level scoop of TORQ Energy Organic per 250ml of water. For a 500ml bottle, this would be 2 scoops and for a 750ml bottle, it would be 3 and so on. This creates an isotonic mix, but you can experiment with stronger mixes in cooler weather when hydration is not so important. Add some fruit juice concentrate (squash) to flavour your drink if desired. Always add powder to water and not water to powder. Half fill drinks bottle with water, add all the powder, shake well whilst you have an air space and then top up with water and shake again. TORQ Energy Organic is now ready to drink.

If using TORQ Energy Organic as an invisible calorie to increase the carbohydrate content of drinks/foods, we will leave you to experiment, but remember for best results to add the powder to water if making a strong energy drink. With hot drinks and other heated recipes it will blend in easily when stirred.
