1. What countries does Cycle Medic Norwich deliver to? 

CycleMedicNorwich.com currently ship to the following locations:

  • Mainland United Kingdom.
  • The Channel Islands.
  • Isle of Man, the Highlands and Islands.

2. How much does shipping cost to the United Kingdom? 

We offer Express Shipping for shipping to the United Kingdom (1- 2 days delivery) on all orders or regular 2-4 days shipping.
  • Order by before 12pm weekdays for same day dispatch.
  • FREE  delivery for orders of £50 & over.
  • £4.99 for orders under £50.
  • Express delivery £7.99

4. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

 As a guideline, the following time scales are advised (unless stated otherwise on product page):

  • UK Next Delivery - 1-2 working days (depending on what time the order was placed). Order by 12pm weekdays for guaranteed Express Delivery.
  •  Please note that the above timescales are guidelines and that cyclemedicnorwich cannot be held accountable for unforeseeable delays.

5. What do I do if my order hasn't arrived within the above time frames?

If you have not received your order within the above time frames please contact us through one of the following:

6. What is the cut off point for same day dispatch of orders (shipping to the UK)? 

  • The off point for orders to be dispatched the same day is Monday-Friday 12 (GMT).
  • Items ordered after this time will be dispatched the next day. An order is deemed received once confirmation of payment has been received. Please note that this will be different to the time that the order is placed. We close the warehouse over the weekend so orders received after 12 on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday. 

7. I have received a faulty/incorrect item. What do I do?

Rarely, but it does happen, incorrect items are dispatched and goods are damaged during delivery. Please contact us through one of the following:
